It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Unilta Cecile Alexander née Phillip of Grand Roy St Johns. Born on August 12th 1933. Who passed away in the United States on Monday 7th November at the age of 89.
Left to mourn are her 9 children Francis Phillip, Ruth Waldron, Catherine Phillip,James Grant, John Grant, Roylda Scott, Fletcher Phillip, Fedelis Baptiste and Terrence Phillip all in the USA. 20 Grandchildren, including Devon Phillip aka Hangup and Ryan Hayes in Grenada, 17 Great-grand. Mother in-law to Donna, Clarice, Cecile and Rudolph Scott all in the USA. Her sister Monica McDonald in Trinidad. Many nieces and nephews,including Sandra McDonald and Michael Fletcher in Trinidad, Angela Mitchell, Bernadette Phillip and Marva Duncan all in Grenada. Lorna and Michael Roberts and family in England. Lincoln and Cosnel Roberts and family in the USA. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 17th. at the New Haven SDA Church, 634 Prospect place Brooklyn NY, viewing from 4-6, Service begins at 6pm.
Burial will be on November 18th, at the Canarsie Cemetery Brooklyn NY.
